I just got Mordenkainen's magnificent emporium and it said something about a power called "power strike" I tried the D&D compendium but when I did all I got was a bunch of random feats and classes, anyone know hwere it is?
Power Strike is a class feature for several of the newer classes, namely the Knight, Slayer and Scout. For these classes, in exchange for Encounter powers, they have the Power Strike power. Power Strike is triggered by hitting an opponent, and adds extra (W) damage to the strike. As these classes go up in levels, when other classes obtain new Encounter powers, they gain additional uses of Power Strike. In addition, as these classes go up in level, the Power Strike damage scales and rider effects are added to Power Strike.

Crap...so the strike feats in MME can only be used by E classes?
There are Feats for Fighters and Rangers which will allow you to swap an Encounter Power of level 7 (IIRC?) or higher for a single use of Power Strike.
Expect all books in the future to support both e-classes and pre-e-classes (well, it began with Heroes of Shadow in April 2011). Just as a Feat for the Beast Master Ranger in Martial Power or Martial Power 2 can only be used by a Ranger with the Beast Mastery feature, a Feat which modifies Power Strike can only be used by a class that possesses Power Strike. The exclusivity of the Power Strike Feats in Mordenkainen's is neither new nor unprecedented.
EDIT: also can you tell what that level 7 feat you where talking about is?
