PP with bad encounter/daily

May 28, 2010 17:35:41 Hey, I plan on playing a new character (a Straladin) and the paragon path (Champion of Corellon) has some sweet abilities I want to tap into, but I hate the encounter and daily powers.

I can replace the encounter power after a rest with Reserve Maneuver (PHB2), but does anyone have any Idea as for what to do regarding the Daily?

May 28, 2010 20:25:00 Reserve Maneuver does not work. Reserve Maneuver allows you to switch a class power for another one. Paragon Path powers are, technically, not class powers. Though you may be able to convince your DM to allow it anyway.

May 28, 2010 20:39:42 The Character builder allow to replace the PP powers whit the appropriate MC-alternate feats (whip, garrote, blowgun, bravo, noble, etc.). I will not take it as a rule and suggest you to check if it is really RAW, but it is an option to be considerated.

The new power you pick with Reserve Maneuver must be a class power, yes, however, you can swap it out for any higher level power, so you can swap your PP encounter for a lower level class encounter power.

As far as dailies.....I got nothing.

May 29, 2010 8:58:09 I've seen feats in Martial Power that allow you to replace a martial daily with another martial daily, I'm going to see if the GM will allow me to modify it for Divine dailies. Wish me luck.
