So if my character is immobilized and slowed, and he has no extra bounus to the type of any saving throw, which is the best order to get rid of the conditions?
Statistically it looks like you have the same chances either way, but does anyone else have better statistical grasp on this?

I don't think there is a rule for it and that has never been a problem in our games. I always roll for the one I want off most last. If I roll bad on my first roll I can live with the 5 ongoing (sort of) but being dazed is just too much.
I know it doesn't make a difference but thats how I roll (ha,ha).
Every now and then when I forget to declare which one I'm rolling first I will decide after seeing my roll (don't tell my DM I told you that). 
The result of one roll does not influence the result of any subsequent rolls (unless of course, you get rid of a condition imposing a penalty to the rolls).

But if roll slowed first make it, and then fail Immobilized. I am still Immobilized.
If I roll Imbolized first and make it, and then fail slowed, at least I can still move.

Not missing something - more trying to add something that is not there.
If you are slowed and immobilised, and can save against both, then they are totally independent.
I am going to pretend for the sake of simplicity that you have a 55/45 chance of making a saving throw:
Whichever order you make the saving throws in, the math always works out as follows:
- Successful save on both rolls, no conditions remain: 30.25%
- Save against Immobilized, but failed vs Slow and still Slowed: 24.75%
- Save against Slowed, but failed vs Immobilized and still Immobilized: 24.75%
- Failed on both rolls, still Immobilzed and Slowed: 20.25%

Unless you have some bonus to one saving throw and not the other, it makes no difference which one you roll first.
We usually roll saves in the order in which the effect was put on the character. I probably helps that I use those small post-it note book markers to deal with status effects on the sheet.
