Quick Eldrin Swordmage Q

Just a quick question for you, does an Eldrin Swordmage with the Eldrin Soldier feat, include the extra damage when working out damage with ranged powers?

For example, lingering lightning.

Jul 17, 2009 9:12:40 		Eladrin Soldier gives you a +2 feat bonus to damage rolls with a longsword.

Lingering Lightning is an implement power. Your longsword is an implement.

Ergo, it is a damage roll with your longsword, and Eladrin Soldier applies.

For future reference, the Rules Q&A board are much better suited to handle this or any other rules questions you may have.
