I have a serious problem. I can't choose. I can't choose anything. This affects my d&d gameplay badly

My party is as follows

Wizard-Controller
Paladin-Defender/Leader
Rogue-Striker
Me

Okay. Our rogue doesn't do the greatest damage so I could be a striker. Our paladin has some healing capabilities but not a fully fledged healer.

So either decent damage from striker or decent leader for extra heals and buffs.

Or hybrid striker/leader although I can't get hybrids to work with me atm. I mainly just want to have fun in about 15 hours :P

I was playing a warlock and went artificer last session. Warlock was a bit repetitive and artificer was uber weak.

What do you all suggest? Yes our paladin has a fair amount of healing.

Seconding the Warlord. A well played Bravura Warlord can dish out so many attacks, it won't matter if they don't do too much.

Runepriest with a high damage two-handed weapon.  You're a leader, but you'll get the fun you appear to be looking for in decent damage and some fun effects that'll stack well for your part members too.  Just do what you can to make sure you can hit.

STR-based Cleric (Templar) with a Quarterstaff and the Simple Weapon powers. A leader who mainly buffs and deals damage, and who also has some defensive capabilities.

Tell your Rogue to stop sucking and play a Warlord.

Is that due to difficulties getting CA, low accuracy or something else?
a Rogue should get decent striker damage pretty easily.

I think your party could use a proper leader, so take a look at the options and choose one.  Though you will need to be mindful of the build, and remember that are a support/enabling role so they can appear weak if you use them wrong. (and some classes are harder to play gthen others).
If the  paladin and Rogue have good MBA ability then a warlord can be good, otherwise find the one you like the feel of most and build that.
ypu might want something that helps the rogue move and make extra attacks to maxamize his striker bonus, warlords can do this, Ardents can make it easier for him to move  on his turn, etc.
