(3.5 ed)My character is a large homebrewed half giant fighter (soon to be Justiciar) with 24 str, a greatsword, greatclub, a +7 composite bow and a wrecking ball named Jimmy.

He's recently been told by the DM that He is not using his full potential for his weapons matching his strength. That's when he gave me the okay to go from "impressive offensive force" to "walking embodiment of death." by telling me i could wield a seige crossbow without problem.  Obviously this sounded awesome, so i accepted.

The problem now is that he's also letting me get more creative with my weaponry. I have already taken the "wield oversized weapon" feat and we just recently found a pair of bracers that  turned out to be Strongarm bracers. If this is true then i'd be able to wield gargantuan weapons without a problem.

My character is only level 6 with this ability (which is secret to everyone else because if i ever need to wield a massive weapon i want to surprise them.) and I want to make the most out of it.

Where do i begin with feats, skill points, gear, etc. that could make him deal as much damage as he can with a sword? Also, if you have anything else that my guy can lift/use, feel free. :D

You should use a large sized greatsword and explore the power attack, leap attack, shock trooper, and combat brute line of feats.

Weild oversized weapon/powerfull build/strongarm bracers don't stack. Neither does monkey grip.  Getting more damage from a bigger sword is a trap option and not really worth doing.

Sorry, now that I shot your dreams down and kicked your dog, let me provide an alternative you might enjoy.

You should look into the warhulk prestige class, the hulking hurler prestige class and bags of holding. Enjoy throwing carts and horses (or the moon) at things.http://community.wizards.com/forum/previous-editions-character-optimization/threads/886586
