Seek Rumor & Ugma's recall

Mar 16, 2009 20:32:35		Can Seek Rumor and Ugma's recall be added together for the arcane check roll?

The Seek Rumor ritual is 30 minutes and requires an arcane check against the steetwise DC +5. As a Clerk of Oghma, I would include in the ritual ending a prayer to Ughma invoking the Oghma's Recall feat (+10 to arcane checks). The plus 10 would then be added to my arcan bonus and a D20 roll.

What do you think? Is this legal or does it fall under a house rule?
