I don't know if this is the right forum, but I have some questions that I'd like answered.

1: When playing a Deva Wizard with 4-5 daily attack and utility spells in the spellbook, how many can I prepare during a short rest? Is there a formula as to how many spell the wizard can prepare?

2: When playing a fighter who dual-wields (currently Longsword +2 and Spiked Shield +2), and I use a basic melee attack, do I only attack with one weapon or with both?

3: And what if I use powers that don't state that I must dual-wield? Do I only hit the enemy with one weapon?

4: Depending on what the DM says, can't an Armblade Longsword be enchanted although Armblade already counts as an enchantment?

5: Is there any limit as to how many weapons one can carry at the same time, as long as load value isn't exceeded?

It is ;)

For each level of power (ie: Encounter 1, Daily 1, Utility 2, Encounter 3, Daily 5, etc) you can prepare ONE. Basically, the number of powers you prepare is the same as the number of powers any other class has normally.

Also, you do not prepare during a short rest, only during an extended rest.

2: When playing a fighter who dual-wields (currently Longsword +2 and Spiked Shield +2), and I use a basic melee attack, do I only attack with one weapon or with both?

Unless the power says otherwise, you attack with 1 weapon. Melee basic attack does not say otherwise, so one weapon only.

3: And what if I use powers that don't state that I must dual-wield? Do I only hit the enemy with one weapon?

See above.

4: Depending on what the DM says, can't an Armblade Longsword be enchanted although Armblade already counts as an enchantment?

I don't know, sorry

5: Is there any limit as to how many weapons one can carry at the same time, as long as load value isn't exceeded?

No. You can carry whatever the hell you want, as long as you have the Strength for it.

For number 4, sorry, but Armblade is already an enchantment. It can't have another enchantment on top of that.
