Specifically, St. Cuthbert's minor followers Order of the Rosy Cross of Truth and The Society of the Sanctified Mind, as well as the priestly order of The Chapeaux. Also, information on the book Tales of the Vulgar Fool. I'm trying to find a way in which a more neutral or chaotic character might follow St. Cuthbert because of his unyielding zeal and destructive tendincies. |

If you can't find the lore you seek, if you are the DM, simply create a sect that is more laid back. Sure, other members of his church might frown upon this sect, but that is good fodder for roleplay, espially at higher levels when church politics can matter more.
If you are a player, pass the idea to your DM and hopefully he considers it. Keep in mind, as a player, even if you do find the lore you seek, it is still up to the DM to accept and include it in the game. Personally, I would. Heck, I would encourage the player to create the sect that he is going to play. That can be a lot of fun for both player and DM. |

The Greyhawk search did not garner much results, simply repeating the same three paragraphs that are on Wiki, but some of the related articles and papers were helpful. Although minor contridictions occured this site gave me enough to make a foundation for my own sect/lore: http://www.canonfire.com/cfhtml/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=843 |
