your stat block tells us 2 things:
A)absolutely nothing about your character.
and
B) your going to have to remake your character anyway, the editions are different enough that you wont be able to easily transfer characters over. Sorcerer class is in phb2. Have fun rebuilding your character.

Here is the recommended manner for converting a character from 3.5 to 4E:

Find out what your character dos. Not what class he is, but what he does.
Then look through the 4E PHB (and PHB2, should you desire) and determine what role/class combination best fits the character concept that you distilled your 3.5 character into.

C) "cat" is not a playable 4e race. (and I don't think it is in 3e either......)
If you are intent on a furry creature Shifters are in PHB 2.

D)
Diplomacy
Bluff
Acrobatics
Athletics
Thievery

would cover your skills.

Its not a force change if you look at it more of a reexpression of the character. The character is more then the sum of its numbers, it is the character itself. You can place a character in a hundred different systems and it will be the same one.

I think it's safe to say that playing a 21 year-old spell-slinging white cat with a point-buy score of well over 60 is probably not going to be supported well by 4th Edition. Which is fine, since it wasn't really supported well by 3rd Edition, either.

Oh, and your Base Attack Bonus is double what it should be.

Follow the others' advice in this thread. Recreate your character from scratch, focusing on the spirit of what your character does.

Before you even start trying to translate your character into 4th you should find out how 4th works. The PHB isnt half full of spells anymore (THANK GOODNESS!!!)

Alrighty...

#1 - You're playing a homebrew race (cat with a mace?). You (or your DM) will have to remake the homebrew race for 4e.

#2 - You'll want to remake your character into a wizard (in order to keep the cantrips). A good chunk of those spells don't exist anymore (thank goodness for no more rope trick)...

#3 - You'll want to be trained in Bluff, and take the Skill Training (Thievery) feat. Not sure about the rest of the skills, as it seems like it cut off after Disguise.

#4 - You'll want to take the Alchemist feat (from Adventurer's Vault) as a bonus feat instead of Ritual Caster.

#5 - Your magic cat dress...well, I'm sure the DM can either find an appropriate analog or homebrew one. The scant details make it sound pretty good.

====

Regardless how the mechanics pan out, I hope you have fun.

You were playing a cat... thats kind of...

You have such basic spells, any arcane class would be fine. Since your idea is a small character who real power comes from his magic, aka your playing a familiar. Honestly play a wizard with a cat familiar (famliars are found in Arcane Power) and just have the familiar do the talking.

Edit- so you got trapped in your familiar, Say you got a new body and just play your original character. A wizard with a cat familiar.

1. it was the cat from the MM1

2. awww I like rope trick (my DM hated it XD)

3. the cut off in my skills is due to the fact that those are the only ones i have ranks in or mystical buffs too. (DM buffed my cat)

4. alchemist is fun

5. yeah its homebrew.

but I actually enjoyed being a cat after my party sold me to a noble as a 'mystical talking cat' then I rob them and we run away! (DM hated that too!)

Your character is very homebrew, and honestly its supported by no edition. The only problem you have is you have to remake the rules for this edition, a pain but your playing way outside the norm.

2'5" tall dress wearing cat that wields a mace with average human strength, has a speed of 20 and only one attribute below sixteen?

wat is this i dont even

(I guess I don't have a lot of room to raise eye-brows because I once designed a flying, air breathing beta fish with ungodly psychic powers.... but that was in RIFTS, ok?)

You had me worried until you said RIFTS.;)

And To the OP, I would ask you DM if you couldn't maybe pop back out of that cat. Maybe, on your way out you grab some of th cat traits and become a Razorclaw Shifter (cat person). And depending on if you really want to Hurl magic at eveyone, or just one target will determine which class you pick. Off-hand, I'd guess Wizard or Sorcerer.

well most of my stats were changed due to oddities in our campaigns and me being the only one willing to eat a odd smelling sandwich we found in a treasure chest in a dungeon.

Adventurer's Vault has a Rat Form armor that lets you turn into a rat. Just make it a Cat Form armor if you want.

2. awww I like rope trick (my DM hated it XD)

I believe Rope Trick does exist in 4E. Not absolutely sure where it is, but I think it may be in the Manual of the Planes.

3. the cut off in my skills is due to the fact that those are the only ones i have ranks in or mystical buffs too. (DM buffed my cat)

Skill are done differently, you are either untrained, trained or focused in a skill. All skills get better as you go up in levels. Trained or focused give you additional bonuses to your skill checks.

Mystical (long term or permanent) buffs no longer exist. There are no longer things that say give you +4 Str for any significant amount of time. Only effects that may give you the bonus for a round.

4. alchemist is fun

You can do this in 4E.

5. yeah its homebrew.

You can do this in any game. Just make sure everything is balanced properly.

As for converting to 4E, all classes use the same game mechanics for all of their abilities. This is the biggest change from 3.5. In 3.5 the major difference in how a wizard and a sorcerer worked is the mechanics in which the select and use their abilities, but their abilities are mostly the same (almost exact same spell list). In 4E, the mechanics in which you select their abilities is exactly the same. The difference between a wizard and sorcerer is in the abilities they have access to (spells and class abilities are different and do not overlap).

I would recommend you read over the 4E rules and then decide how to rebuild your character in 4E. It's not just about selecting a 4E sorcerer and making it like a 3.5 sorcerer. You may find that in 4E, another class represents your character concept better. This has been my experience with some 3E characters that were rebuilt using 4E.

Please don't take this the wrong way... But this sounds like a joke to me. The explanations are humorous, the problems presented seem to be leaving the general group with a "deer in the headlights" sort of reaction... If so, I applaud you sir. This thread has absolutely amused me.

Now supposing it's not a joke... Wow. Carry on, my friend. Eat your supernatural sandwiches, and clean your fur while burning down the enemies around you. May your mews be thunderclaps of pain, and your hairball gagging only serve to strengthen your esophagus.
