May 24, 2008 8:59:08 Right, so, my Fighter 3 / Rogue 1 Elf Wererat managed to get the Leadership Feat thanks to ECL 6. With eight points, it is possible to get one cohort.

Now, I'm wondering whether there are fitting cohorts for a Chaotic Evil Elf Lycanthrope, travelling with a Chaotic Evil Halfling Werewolf Bard. I know the sky is basically the limit as long as it's ok with the DM but are there any rat-like cohorts? I'd like to stick to the rat theme.

I'd rather not take any regular crazed followers as I can't give them lycanthropy since my own isn't natural.

May 24, 2008 11:03:56 I'm not sure you qualify for leadership, per the rules anyway:

Feat Acquisition and Ability Score Increases

A monster’s total Hit Dice, not its ECL, govern its acquisition of feats and ability score increases.

Even if you count the base 1 HD from rat, you'd still be short a hit die for leadership.

But anyway, to answer your question, why not pick up another wererat with different class levels, preferably a class that would help augment your fighter/rogue (flanking buddy, buffer, or whatever).
